Santa Silvia is an Italian canteen housed inside an old barn located in the Riberolle villa, a simple cuisine focused on the product and its seasonality, a short menu with a sincere selection of dishes executed by chef Carlos de Araujo.

Here the atmosphere is family, it is a small house with its kitchen on the ground floor and its living room on the first floor.

The place can accommodate a small number of people, just friends, like at home.

Downstairs, a few tables and a counter open to the kitchen, to ensure that the exchange is inevitable.
